Tombow Fudenosuke | Brush Pen Review

I love using brush pens in my bullet journal. In the past, I’ve reviewed several different types of brush pen. Today I want to talk about the Tombow Fudenosuke brush pen. Out of everything I’ve mentioned on my blog so far, this is probably one of my favourite types of brush pen.  I know in the past I’ve been very critical of the Tombow Dual Brush Pens. As much as I love them I’ve always found the large brush nib to be very difficult to handle when lettering. I find the Fudenosuke pen much preferable because of the smaller nib.  I bought my first pen in a random art shop…

Bullet Journal or Planner: Which Is Best?

Today I want to talk about a topic I spend a lot of time thinking about. Which is best: bullet journal or planner? It’s a bit more complicated than you may think. Today I want to share how I stay organised at university. Higher education is different for many reasons. At school, you’re told what to do and to an extent forced to do it. University is very different, there is no one making sure you’re attending class or doing work. University forces you to take control of your learning, lecturers are there to help and guide you. But they can only help if you put the effort in. Today I want to share some organisational tips I’ve figured out which help me to do my best at university. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome so I’m not the sort of person who…

My Tips For Staying Organised When Blogging

Today I want to share some advice on a topic which is important to me. How to stay organised when blogging. I’ve been blogging for nearly seven years now and over that time I’ve figured out some ways to help me manage that process and stay organised. I’ve seen people say that blogging is hard, which I wouldn’t agree with. Certainly at the start blogging can be hard. But what I’ve found is that blogging can become increasingly time-consuming. When I started blogging I could finish a post in a few hours. I’d write a few hundred words, add a photo and that was me done. Now a single blog…

7 Creative Hobbies You Need To Try

I am a designer and as such, I have many creative hobbies. I love having these hobbies because it allows me to be creative without worrying about deadlines or trying to please specific people. But having creative hobbies has also helped me with my design work. So today I wanted to do something a little different and share some creative hobbies you can try. I’ve tried to select a broad range of hobbies in terms of cost and the skill you need to get started. I think especially while lockdown continues, and the fact this pandemic could be around for a good while yet, it’s a good idea to have…
