My Favourite Art & Stationery Supplies
You might be surprised to hear this, but I’m at the point now where I don’t buy huge amounts of stationery. For the most part, I’ve figured out the stationery items and art tools which work for me. This means I don’t go looking for new stationery bits, I just buy more of what I know I like. So today I thought it could be interesting to share my favourite art and stationery supplies. MD Paper notebook I love my MD Paper notebooks. I have written about them extensively over the years and I’ve bought at least 2 or 3. These notebooks have held up to pretty much everything I’ve…

My 2023 Bullet Journal & Notebook Setup
Another year is over and I thought this would be the perfect time to share my bullet journal set-up for 2023. The way I use my bullet journal hasn’t changed much over the last 12 months. I’m still using the same notebook as 2022 (fingers crossed I can fit the whole year in the 150 pages I have left. But I like seeing these posts so I thought I would share mine. What I Keep In My Bag For Art School
A long time ago I decided that at some point during my university education I would share a what’s in my bag type post. I know how cliched these types of posts have become but I wanted to do it. Just based on reading a few other similar posts I think what I take with me to university is quite different compared to other students. I’m not saying this in an oh I’m so special sort of way. But art students have different needs compared to English or science students so I thought it would be interesting to share what I keep in my bag for art school. If things…

10 Books Which Made My Dissertation
Usually, at the end of every year, I would do a roundup of all the books I read that year. I didn’t write one at the end of 2020 because I was too busy working on my dissertation. However, most of the books I did read in 2020 were for my dissertation. The topic of my dissertation ended up being related to the content on my blog. So today I thought it might be interesting to share some of the books I read during the research process. I won’t go into massive detail, but my dissertation looked at how new digital technologies have changed how we as a society write.…
